In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context otherwise requires, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

• "ab99o" refers to the online gaming platform operating at ab99o.pro, including all services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and customer support functions made available through the platform.
• "The Company" refers to the legal entity that owns and operates ab99o under its international gaming license.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with ab99o and is using the platform's services.

2.1 Age Requirement

The Services provided by ab99o are strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is a firm requirement under the Company's international gaming license and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Players must ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. ab99o does not warrant or represent that the Services are legal in all jurisdictions. 2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account on ab99o, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number where applicable. You must not impersonate any other person or entity.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) Account on ab99o at any time. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ab99o is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all Players. KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents: a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a passport, or another government-issued photographic identification document. Verification of a payment method may also be required before withdrawals are processed. ab99o reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab99o account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ab99o will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You undertake to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Material changes, including changes to your residential address, contact details, or payment methods, must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting support. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed or refused withdrawals.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account will be classified as inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ab99o reserves the right to charge an inactivity administration fee of up to PKR 200 per month on inactive accounts containing a positive balance. Players will be notified by email prior to such fees being applied. Account reactivation is possible by completing a standard login.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may close your ab99o Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements associated with active bonuses will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure, net of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification checks.

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods

ab99o accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods are PKR 500. The Company reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ab99o Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 20 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours. ab99o does not charge deposit fees on the player side; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges, for which ab99o bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) the withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, unless the primary method is unavailable; (c) any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

ab99o targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 20 to 45 minutes; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — 30 to 90 minutes for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT); USDT TRC20 — subject to standard TRC20 blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ab99o is obligated under its international gaming license to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Company may request documentation explaining the source of funds for deposits that exceed thresholds defined by its compliance framework. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation. The Company is required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on ab99o are governed by these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. ab99o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably determines that the offer is being misused or that continuation is not operationally or commercially viable.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any balance derived from bonus play becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total combined eligible wagers placed on qualifying games, not on the value of any individual bet. Game contribution rates vary by game type and are published in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on ab99o carry an expiry date as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified period will be forfeited in their entirety. The expiry clock commences from the date of bonus credit, not the date of first use. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry status of active bonuses through their account dashboard.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ab99o employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions; systematic exploitation of promotions through low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk; and collusion between Players to satisfy wagering requirements.

Upon detection of bonus abuse, ab99o reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated through abuse, suspend or permanently close the Account, and retain any remaining balance as compensation for the costs associated with the abuse investigation.

6.1 Game Availability

ab99o makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of all games and betting markets. However, games and markets may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party software provider outages, or regulatory requirements. ab99o shall not be liable for any losses — actual, anticipated, or consequential — resulting from temporary unavailability of any game or market.

6.2 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Bets placed on ab99o are accepted at the odds or game conditions displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a technical error that results in clearly erroneous odds — defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with fair market odds due to a system error — ab99o reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. This right applies to sports betting markets and casino game displays alike.

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports betting on ab99o, including cricket (PSL, ICC matches, bilateral series), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other markets, is governed by the specific Sports Betting Rules published in the Help section of the platform. These rules cover settlement procedures, void conditions, in-play betting policies, and market-specific terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable sports betting rules prior to placing bets.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event that a Player's connection to ab99o is interrupted during an active game session, the game round will be completed automatically in accordance with the applicable game logic. The result of any completed round will stand and will be reflected in the Player's account balance once connectivity is restored. ab99o cannot be held responsible for connection interruptions caused by the Player's internet service provider, device, or network conditions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ab99o and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform through another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human gameplay or circumvents Platform rules;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or systems of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, or abusive communication directed at ab99o's employees, agents, or other Players;
• Using a VPN or other network-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or bugs in games or Platform systems for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable technical error are void.

All content on the ab99o Platform, including but not limited to the ab99o brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets displayed through third-party software, promotional materials, and documentation, is the property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Third-party game software displayed on ab99o — including games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to those providers' separate terms and licences.

The collection, storage, use, and sharing of personal data submitted by Players to ab99o is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

ab99o collects personal data including, but not limited to, identity documents, contact information, financial transaction records, device and browser data, and gameplay activity data. 10.1 ab99o's Commitment

Responsible gaming is not merely a regulatory obligation for ab99o — it is an operational principle that informs platform design, marketing standards, and customer service training.

10.2 Available Self-Management Tools

All registered Players on ab99o have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings panel, effective immediately upon activation with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals (30, 60, or 90 minutes) showing the duration of your current session and net balance change.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, login is disabled but the Account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, which ranges from 6 months to permanent exclusion.

10.3 Operator-Initiated Restrictions

ab99o's responsible gaming monitoring systems may identify indicators of problematic gambling behaviour in a Player's account activity. Where such indicators are present, the Company reserves the right to apply account restrictions — including deposit limits, session limits, or temporary suspension — without prior notice, in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming license.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab99o, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services, including losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Technical errors, system failures, data transmission errors, or delays;
• Unauthorised access to your Account;
• Any actions taken by ab99o in compliance with its legal or regulatory obligations;
• Changes to these Terms & Conditions or to the Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ab99o's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Where the Company is found liable, the aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by Player

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting ab99o customer support and requesting closure. Upon receipt of a closure request, ab99o will process any pending withdrawals, complete all open wagering requirements, and return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method. All Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by ab99o

ab99o reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) continued provision of Services to you would violate applicable law or the Company's regulatory obligations.

Upon termination for cause, ab99o may retain any balance in your Account as compensation for losses, costs, or damages incurred by the Company as a result of the breach or misconduct. Where termination occurs without fault on your part, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of the Platform and the Services. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in effect following termination.

13.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, you must first contact ab99o's customer support team via live chat or email. The Company will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve complaints within 14 calendar days where reasonably practicable. All complaints should include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

13.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved through ab99o's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be escalated to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service nominated by the Company under its international gaming license. The ADR provider's decision shall be binding on both parties. Details of the applicable ADR service are available upon request from ab99o customer support.

13.3 Exclusion of Class Actions

You agree that any dispute between you and ab99o shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in or bring class action proceedings, consolidated proceedings, or representative actions against the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out in Section 13, the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent ab99o from seeking injunctive relief or other urgent remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing or threatened breaches of these Terms.

ab99o reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to Players via email and through an on-platform notification banner at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
